Thank you for reading this site.  We are Dennis and LeighAnne Scharp.  With 35 years of experience in real estate we clearly understand the emotions involved with buying or selling a home.  We have sold homes from $20,000 to well over $1 million dollars.  Even though we specialize in new construction homes we are also delighted to help sell or buy existing homes in every price range in all neighborhoods of the Metro Omaha area.

Education

After our formal educations we continue to participate in trade seminars that keep us abreast of the most important issues.  We average selling over 8.5 million dollars of real estate per year.  The last two years we have received awards for being “Top Listing Agents – Company Wide”, Circle of Excellence and Top Achievement.

Strengths

Our biggest strength is honesty.  You can count on experienced, professional advise throughout and even after the sale.  We realize that the real estate business is not an 8-5 job so we make ourselves very accessible to our clients, even on weekends and evenings.  With a proven history, our past clients are our best example of how well we treat our customers.  Many of our customers have become friends over the years  - something we are very proud of!

From cell phones and computers to web sites and contacts we use all of the latest technology to sell your home or help you find a new one.  Information is our biggest tool when helping a customer.  Our model homes are equiped with internet accessible computers.

Experience

Dennis has helped over 600 families build a new home and LeighAnne has consistently been in the multi-million dollar club.  So whether it is designing and building a new home for you or finding just that right home for your family we can help.  We currently have model homes in some of the newest areas in Omaha that range in price from $170,000 to over 450,000.  Our newest home is in Newport Landing on Bennington Lake and will be part of the 2003 Street of Dreams!
